Liability Waiver
By visiting SalsaFina Miami dance studio, you release SalsaFina Miami, LLC. and all other instructors or students in any capacity for any liability due to injuries, etc. that you may obtain as a result of your attendance or participation in any and all dance activities at SalsaFina Miami, or any special event associated with SalsaFina Miami.
You clearly understand that participation in this activity will involve dance and bodily exercise and movement with rigorous activity. You are fully aware of any personal medical condition and hereby certify that you are mentally and physically fit to participate in the activity, and that you have the medical coverage or the personal means to cover the expenses related to any injury that you might incurred from your participation.

Photo, Video, Social Media Release
By visiting SalsaFina Miami dance studio, you irrevocably consent to and authorize the reproduction, publication, and/or any other use by SalsaFina Miami, LLC. and grant permission to the rights of your image, likeness, and sound of your voice as recorded on audio and/or video without payment or any other consideration. You understand that your image may be edited, altered, copied, exhibited, published, and/or distributed, and you waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of your image or recording. You also understand that this material may be used for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to illustration, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, promotions, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, marketing, press kits and submissions to journalists, education, websites, social networking sites, streams, television, and other print and digital communications.
By visiting our dance studio, you understand that this signifies that photographic or video recordings of yourself may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in the public setting.
There is no time limit on the validity of this release, nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.
This release extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or hereafter devised.
This release applies to photographic, audio, and/or video recordings collected as part of my classes, rehearsals, and/or performances in relation to SalsaFina Miami.
This agreement was entered into at arm’s-length, without duress or coercion, and is to be interpreted as an agreement between two parties of equal bargaining strength. Both the guest and SalsaFina Miami agree that this agreement is clear and unambiguous as to its terms, and that no other evidence will be used or admitted to alter or explain the terms of this agreement, but that it will be interpreted based on the language in accordance with the purposes for which it is entered into.
In the event that any provision contained within this agreement shall be deemed to be severable or invalid, or if any term, condition, phrase or portion of this agreement shall be determined to be unlawful or otherwise unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect, so long as the clause severed does not affect the intent of the parties. If a court should find that any provision of this agreement to be invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting said provision it would become valid and enforceable, then said provision shall be deemed to be written, construed and enforced as so limited.
